Kristian Gabler

Per Kristian Gabler works with people who seek lasting change—whether related to stress, inner unrest, entrenched patterns, low self-confidence, or a desire for greater clarity and direction in life.

Many people who come to me appear to have a well-functioning life on the surface, yet still experience a sense that something is out of balance. Through targeted mental training, coaching, and hypnosis, we work with underlying thought and reaction patterns that often influence choices, emotions, and behavior without conscious awareness.

 

The goal is increased self-insight, better regulation of stress and emotions, and more deliberate, sustainable choices—both personally and professionally.

I am trained as a Brain Coach and RTT hypnotherapist, with an academic background in coaching, economics, and digital communication management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH). In addition, I have a technical education from Berlin.

My professional approach combines structure, reflection, and practical tools, tailored to each individual’s situation and needs.

I studied hypnosis at Hypnoseakademiet in Oslo and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) with Marisa Peer in London, as well as brain coaching at the Brain Academy in Brussels.

 

The methods I use are solution-focused and aimed at creating concrete change, rather than open-ended processes without clear direction.

I served as a Coastal Ranger (Kystjeger) at Trondenes in Harstad and have more than 25 years of leadership experience within Norwegian and international technology companies. This background provides a strong understanding of both human and organizational challenges, as well as the pressures people face in demanding roles.

 

I was born and am based in Norway, and have also lived and worked in Germany. Today, I divide my time between Oslo and Berlin and work with clients both in person and online. My work is characterized by discretion, clarity, and respect for each individual’s process.
